Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how I-CO ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which we also cover here.

2. How We Use Cookies

Our website uses a limited set of cookies and browser storage, strictly for the following purposes:

  • Authentication & session cookies. Firebase Authentication uses browser local storage (specifically IndexedDB, with local storage as a fallback on older browsers) — not traditional cookies — to keep you signed in between visits and to verify your identity when you access account-protected pages such as your dashboard or the admin panel.
  • Payment session state. The Razorpay checkout script is loaded on every page of our website so that checkout is ready the moment you choose to pay, and may set its own cookies as soon as it loads — not only once a payment is actually in progress. The PayPal checkout script is loaded only when you view the pricing section while signed in, and may likewise set its own cookies at that point, ahead of an actual payment. Both sets of cookies are set and controlled by Razorpay/PayPal respectively, for their own checkout, security, and fraud-prevention purposes — not by us.
  • Functional local storage. Small pieces of non-sensitive information — such as an in-progress signup email, used only to resume a signup flow you started — may be stored locally in your browser and cleared once no longer needed.

We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, and we do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles of visitors.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by us directly, including:

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication and session management.
  • Razorpay — checkout and fraud-prevention during payment (India).
  • PayPal — checkout and fraud-prevention during payment (international).

These providers may set additional cookies as part of their own security and fraud detection systems, governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that blocking essential authentication cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing a purchase, since these cookies are required for the Service to function.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
